Description
Sparkling white snowdrifts, beautiful presents wrapped in ribbons, and multicolored lights glittering in the night through the falling snow. A Christmas Eve snowstorm transforms one small town into a romantic haven, the kind you see only in movies. Well, kinda. After all, a cold and wet hike from a stranded train through the middle of nowhere would not normally end with a delicious kiss from a charming stranger. And no one would think that a trip to the Waffle House through four feet of snow would lead to love with an old friend. Or that the way back to true love begins with a painfully early morning shift at Starbucks. Thanks to three of today's bestselling teen authors--John Green, Maureen Johnson, and Lauren Myracle--the magic of the holidays shines on these hilarious and charming interconnected tales of love, romance, and breathtaking kisses.
About the Author
John Green is the author of the Printz Award-winning novel Looking for Alaska, the Printz Honor-winning novel An Abundance of Katherines, and the upcoming novel Paper Towns. John has also written for National Public Radio's All Things Considered and for The New York Times.
Maureen Johnson is the author of The Key to the Golden Firebird, The Bermudez Triangle, 13 Little Blue Envelopes, Devilish, Girl at Sea, and Suite Scarlett. Maureen earned ehr MFA in writing from Columbia University. Before she was published, Maureen had a number of jobs - including waitressing in a haunted house theme restaurant in New York, working with live tigers in Las Vegas, and being the token American employee at a comedy pub in London. Maureen lives in New York City and frequently reports on her exploits, both real and imaginary.
Lauren Myracle is the author of many books for teens and tweens, including the New York Times bestsellers Twelveand TTYL. Like Addie in Let It Snow, Lauren grew up (some of the time) in a small mountain town, although sadly, she never got kissed at a Starbucks. She's hoping to take care of that soon. Lauren lives in Colorado with her husband and their three kids.
